Ease into your day with our complimentary full-size continental breakfast, served Monday to Friday in the Party Room. Relax when you return home after work with a light complimentary drink in the Residents’ Lounge. Host a business event or entertain your guests in the elegant Clubroom, or on the rooftop Stargazer Terrace.
Most of the 740 River Drive marble-clad lobby is dedicated to amenities for our Residents. These include a large Clubroom that comprises a comfortable large Residents’ Lounge and other sitting areas, and a Party Room with a full-service kitchen, a spacious bar and dining and sitting areas. A Theater Corner, with comfortable leather couches and a state-of-the-art video system will allow you to enjoy a ball game, a movie or your favorite TV show with your friends.
In the warmer months, enjoy entertaining your guests outdoors. Outside the Clubroom, a resort-style heated outdoor swimming pool and sundeck are next to an attractive picnic area with barbecue grills. A glass-screened rooftop sundeck located on top of the building overlooks the downtown Minneapolis skyline and western horizon.
A light-filled spacious room also on the lobby level includes the Business Center, which offers computers with high-speed internet access, and copier and fax machine for the Residents complimentary use. It also includes a Bridge Corner, with a game table and comfortable chairs for the Residents who wish to hone their skills in that great game.
On the top of the building, a penthouse Fitness Center, with cardio theatre, treadmills, elliptical and stair stepping machines and a full range of weights, offers spectacular views of the river and of the Twin Cities skylines while you are exercising.
Concierge staff is present and available to assist you and your guests Monday through Sunday. Our Concierge staff can also arrange your guests’ stay at the well-appointed guest suites of our sister property, Marquette Place Luxury Apartments, for a nominal charge.
